Hello friends, I hope this finds you, your families and colleagues well. We've had several calls from clients recently about good task chairs that "don't work". Upon further investigation we found that the plethora of knobs and adjustments on their chairs was confusing so with a little help sorting them out, the chairs work much better. What good is having a chair with a tilt feature if the tilt is locked and you can't lean back?
